He has served in various senior positions in mainstream health, community-based care, and education. His qualifications in positive psychology, mental health, nursing and practice experience provide a deep understanding of the psychosocial recovery model in diverse applications. He is a Registered Certified Practising Member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.
