About me

My practice
As a dedicated, compassionate, multifaceted professional with a rich research and teaching background in philosophy and education, my approach to counselling is shaped by the philosophical insight and skills I gained from years in academia.
I offer my clients a safe and non-judgmental space to share and explore, celebrate moments of awe, and grieve lost relationships and hopes. As a phenomenological counsellor, my passion lies in helping clients navigate their inner worlds, discover their truths, and ultimately lead more fulfilling lives. In every encounter, I am amazed by the uniqueness, intricacies and resilience of the human experience, feeling grateful to be trusted by my clients to accompany them in their journey toward resolution, self-discovery, and growth.
I provide counselling sessions in English and Farsi (Persian), ensuring my clients receive the most relevant and evidence-based interventions in a culturally and linguistically supportive environment.
