My practice
I work with individuals and couples who want to make deep and long lasting change in their lives.

For individuals I work to help you make sense of your emotional experience and your relationships with yourself and others. I am Psychodynamically trained and work with modern methods of depth psychology to address a range of issues including complex or longstanding issues.

For couples I am trained in Emotionally Focussed Therapy for Couples. A therapy that works first to help you and your partner see the patterns of interaction that you are stuck in. We then work to help you develop an emotionally more secure relationship in which you can rely on each other for deep engagement and support.
