I use a person-centred and trauma-informed approach, drawing primarily on traditional talk therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and strengths-based interventions. My work is tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and preferences, recognising that there is no single approach that suits everyone.

Where appropriate, I also incorporate creative activities, reflective exercises, and nature-based approaches, including walk-and-talk sessions. These methods can help people explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences in ways that feel accessible and meaningful.

Above all, I focus on building a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and supported to develop insight, resilience, and practical strategies for navigating life's challenges.
