About me

My practice
I work mainly with clients who feel a bit 'different' and are looking who a therapist who does things 'differently'. I help my clients to overcome/manage anxiety/depression, break out of cycles of behaviour that no longer serve them, build their confidence, communicate better, improve their relationships, set boundaries, understand themselves, stop people-pleasing, and start living authentically and whole-heartedly. As my client, you'll benefit from my patience, warmth, sense of humor, and my open-minded, integrative, modern approach to therapy.
