My practice
I have a person centered therapeutic approach and pride myself on providing trauma informed care. I also have experience in acceptance commitment therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and motivational interviewing.

I am passionate about mental health and have been working in Mental Health industry for close to a decade working for reputable organisations like 1800Respect as a specialist counsellor, Standby Support After Suicide helping support individuals who were bereaved and Butterfly Foundation as a counsellor.
