I am passionate about supporting individuals through life's challenges with warmth, compassion, and genuine connection. Drawing on my background in public health, youth mental health, disability services, and counselling, I provide a thoughtful and grounded space where clients can explore anxiety, grief, self-worth, relationships, and life transitions. At Kyma Counselling, I believe meaningful change comes through feeling truly seen and understood, and I work alongside clients to foster insight, resilience, and lasting personal growth.
