About me

My practice
I am an experienced and compassionate counsellor with a strong area of expertise in addiction, supporting adults, young people, and families affected by substance use, problem gambling, and mental health challenges. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s happening for you.
I work with people at all stages of change and take a gentle, trauma-informed, and respectful approach that honours your goals and your pace. Together, we focus on building coping skills, strengthening emotional resilience, and finding practical ways forward that feel right for you.
I also provide culturally responsive counselling and have extensive experience supporting clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, ensuring care feels safe, inclusive, and supportive.
