About me

My practice
Having lived and worked rurally for 40 years, I provide workplace wellbeing support for a range of large and small organisations both in the public and private sectors. This background has given me a strong understanding of diverse workplace environments and the unique pressures and challenges they can bring. With 18 years of experience in emergency services with Fire and Rescue NSW, I am also available to provide critical incident workplace support when needed.

In my counselling practice, I support clients with an individualised, healing-focused approach to trauma, grief, loss, and other life challenges. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. The approach used is tailored to each client’s presenting needs and what feels most supportive at the time.

If you are seeking counselling, you are welcome to contact me via my website to arrange a free 15-minute call and explore whether I may be a good fit for your needs.
