About me

My practice
Therapy depth. Coaching direction. Leadership impact.
My work is grounded in psychological safety, emotional clarity, identity work, and parts-informed self-leadership.
About Me:
I’m a Masters qualified counsellor and ICF coach with a science-backed, parts-informed approach that blends psychotherapy and dynamic self-leadership techniques. My work is anchored in The InnerWorkings Cycle: a three-stage psychological process of Insight, Integration, and Influence that helps clients understand and connect with themselves deeply, turn insight into action, and create meaningful change in how they live, relate, and lead.
Who I Work With
I work with high-functioning individuals who look steady on the outside but hold complex inner experiences. Many juggle invisible emotional loads, unprocessed trauma, chronic stress, or the pressure to meet others’ expectations while still performing, often excelling, in daily life.
My clients are often navigating:
* Significant life transitions
* Identity changes or loss of direction
* Persistent overwhelm, overthinking, or emotional fatigue
* Relationship challenges and boundary difficulties
* The impacts of past trauma or unresolved experiences
How I Help
Using the InnerWorkings Cycle and a parts-informed therapeutic lens, I support clients to:
* Understand your internal culture. Develop deep Insight into their values, patterns, emotional responses, and internal “parts”.
* Work with the parts of you that lead your decisions. Integration through practical strategies, emotional regulation tools, and aligned action
* Influence your life with confidence and clarity by strengthening self-leadership, communication, and relational skills.

The InnerWorking Cycle

I bring together lived experience, clinical training, and professional expertise to deliver a framework that creates meaningful change and impact. I created this three-stage psychological continuing cycle designed to help you break old patterns, align your identity, and lead yourself with intention.
Insight gives you clarity.
Integration gives you tools.
Influence gives you impact.
This framework guides all of my therapeutic and coaching work.
