My practice
I weave into my work holistic psychotherapy and coaching to support people's mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

I work with individuals who wish to address specific issues, trauma-related or not, as well as those who are committed to their personal development and wish to develop greater awareness.

I have a special interest in Matrescence and enabling self-empowerment for women at various stages of their mothering journey.

I can conduct sessions in English or in French.
