My practice
As a specialist relationship counsellor, I support couples and individuals in navigating relationship challenges, these might be intimate partnerships, a friendship that has become difficult or a family or work relationship. By creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore emotions, I help you gain clarity on what you want and what’s possible in your relationships. Together, we work towards building healthier, more secure connections, repairing relationship ruptures, and improving communication.
