About me

My practice
I have worked in private practice in Tumbi Umbi, on the Central Coast of NSW, since 2008. My individual clients are over 18yrs and choose my practice for a range of reasons. These include feeling stuck in emotional challenges like depression, shame, addictions, anger, anxiety & grief. Also, relationship and parenting needs.
I've developed, over the years, a particular fondness and respect for work with couples - gay and straight. This means supporting couples with the full range of relationship and parenting concerns - including conflicts, disconnection, loneliness, loss of love, affairs, giving up, addictions, blended families, raising teens, early childhood needs, step and foster parenting.
I feel honored by the invitation to walk beside sincere, hurting, (sometimes numb) people as they begin to genuinely search for the threads of hope that might hold them together.
