About me

My practice
Anna is an Individual, Couple and Family Therapist in Private Practice in inner city Sydney and the North Shore. She spent 5 years working in the role of Family Therapist for Byron Private Treatment Centre in the Byron Hinterland, where she facilitated programs for hundreds of families facing trauma, addiction, mood and eating disorders.

Anna is trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy, EMDR, Bowen Family Systems Theory and Systemic Family Constellations, and is passionate about systemic approaches to relationships and wellness. She brings 20 years of experience living, studying and practicing the work of changing one’s life, and has a deep respect for and connection with the change process.

She has a warm, authentic and life-affirming approach, grounded in practical wisdom and the science of relationship systems and the brain. She doesn't just talk from textbooks but loves what she does, and lives what she teaches. Anna will work with any human problem, but is specialised in the treatment of trauma, addiction, mood and eating disorders.
