About me

My practice
Therapy for individuals and couples. Specialism in ADHD. Whether you're seeking deeper understanding, fresh insight, relief from emotional distress, or a way to break free of old patterns, I can help you navigate the complexities of life and relationships to make meaningful change. Therapy isn't a one size fits all. I take great care to deeply understand your experiences and needs. I tailor an approach that integrates the most effective therapeutic methods to benefit you, built on a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities ADHD can bring.
Clients often seek me out to help with relationship difficulties, anxiety, panic, and problems with self worth. You can expect a safe, supportive, healing space where I meet you wherever you are and travel alongside you with respect and compassion. I offer expertise and professionalism with genuine care, and even some occasional humour.
Whatever brings you to therapy, there is hope. I can help you find a way through. Whether you're living with neurodiversity, experiencing a new or ongoing challenge, past experiences are haunting and holding you back, or life just isn't going as you'd hoped, I can help you to feel better, more hopeful, and whole.
