About me

My practice
I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental, reflective & creative space, where together we can explore your unique experiences and work using the resources, tools & perspectives that support you. I prioritise your dignity, choice & safety, supporting you as you move through life challenges and transitions at your pace.

My counselling approach is integrative, non-pathologising, trauma-sensitive & relational. I draw from various frameworks including person-centred counselling, attachment theory, nature-based therapy, somatic techniques, narrative therapy, creative arts therapy, strengths-based approaches and interpersonal neurobiology.

I offer online individual counselling sessions. For more info please see my website, and feel free to get in touch via the contact form to book a session or arrange a short chat so that you can ask any questions and see if I'm a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you.
