With a Bachelor of Psychology, and qualifications in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Functional Family Therapy, I offer a warm, holistic approach drawing on various styles and practices to support your unique journey. My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and respect for your lived experience.

Together, we will explore maladaptive patterns, build awareness and insight, and support improved mental health and relationships (including the one you have with yourself!) fostering meaningful, long-lasting change.

Informed by both professional training and my own personal healing journey, I will empower you to heal emotional wounds, challenge limiting beliefs, reconnect with your strengths, and find inner peace.

I will help you build a reservoir of skills you can draw on in everyday life to foster emotional wellbeing, healthy relationships, and lasting growth.
