About me

My practice
I am a PACFA-registered counsellor with a strong dedication for helping individuals break away from the clutches of abusive relationships (DFV) and high demand, coercive, and controlling religious groups. My practice is founded on Person Centred Therapy and informed by a range of therapeutic modalities including Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioural therapy. When I work with people in post-cult counselling my practice is informed by Dr Gillie Jenkinson's workbook “Walking Free from cultic settings”. Dr. Gillie Jenkinson is a renowned psychotherapist who dedicated years to helping people recovering from cultic abuse.
