I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy for adults experiencing challenges such as relationship difficulties, substance use, emotional overwhelm, and complex or unspoken trauma. My practice is inclusive and culturally sensitive, with particular experience supporting migrants and individuals from diverse backgrounds navigating both personal and systemic pressures.

Therapy is tailored to your unique context—there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
