I offer support with meaning making / meaning reconstruction, and facilitating post-traumatic growth.
My clients are those affected by childhood trauma / attachment traumas, re-living emotional pain from the past; dealing with addictive patterns, disordered eating, complex family dynamics, ancestral trauma, relationship issues - family or peers, body image and self-identity.
