About me

My practice
I am a Person-centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist who aims to create a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their strengths, develop coping strategies, and enhance their self-awareness.
My interest in somatic (body awareness) therapies has developed from my experience working with pre and post natal women, as well as supporting clients with complex trauma and nervous system disorders through the organisation FND support service Australia. I am a level 1 IFS practitioner and use attachment theory, parts work and neuroscience to provide holistic support for all client groups. I also intergrate this learning into my work at Heads and Tails Psychological services, where I creatively incorporating equine therapy with psycho education to address difficulties for children and their parents.
