About me

My practice
My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins within a safe, attuned and authentic relationship. I bring 17 years of experience in the helping professions and a commitment to practicing with integrity, sensitivity and genuine human connection. I create a space where people can show up as they are, without judgement, and explore their inner world with curiosity, creativity and compassion.

I blend a warm, relational presence and draw upon a range of modalities that best honours people's personality, cultural background, lived experience and the goals they want to work toward. My approach is both deeply personal and grounded in research to hold the process as they navigate the complexities of life and restore or grow in their capacity for supportive strategies, meaningful connection, emotional steadiness and self-trust. As a TraumaPlay™ Certified Therapist, I also offer developmentally attuned, experiential, play-based support for children processing trauma.
