My practice
With a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy, I offer telehealth appointments at an affordable rate. This affordability stems from my own struggles with mental health at a young age, and my understanding of the financial barriers that can make getting help difficult.

In all of my work, I use a person-centered approach. I respect that your needs and experiences are unique. I believe in working as a team, and I would be grateful for the opportunity to support you in any way I can. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you.
