About me

My practice
I offer psychotherapy for adults, online nationally and internationally. In person sessions are held in a rainforest setting, with nature based therapy offered where weather permits.

My work is grounded in transpersonal and existential psychotherapy, and draws on depth psychology alongside a shamanic, earth based orientation. It is a relational and reflective space, for those drawn to a more exploratory way of working. I integrate somatic and body based approaches, dreamwork, parts work, EMDR, breath work, and psychedelic preparation and integration. The work is neuro affirming, with a focus on ADHD informed practice.

At the heart of my work is a collaborative, non directive approach, with space to slow down and find a pace that feels right for you.

Dreamwork is available within individual sessions, and dream groups are also offered online, as a way of engaging with dreams as a source of meaning, guidance, and connection with the deeper currents of life.

SUPERVISION
For psychotherapists, psychotherapy trainees, supervisors, and other allied health professionals, including GPs, I offer individual and group supervision online. This is a reflective and relational space for practitioners who want time to pause, reflect, and stay curious about their work, rather than approach it in a manualised or purely skills focused way.
