My practice
I provide both individual and group counselling, psychotherapy, and supervision.
Taking a holistic approach to the breadth of human conditions, I am informed by existential philosophy and psychodynamic theory, and I take a trauma-informed approach to my clients. All aspects of my clients' life are taken into account as we work together to explore what emerges in the therapy room.
