About me

My practice
Fiona’s professional journey is deeply intertwined with her roles as a mother, creative musician, educator, civil celebrant and counsellor and psychotherapist. With an understanding of the interconnectedness between mind, body, spirit, and soul, Fiona’s practice spans a spectrum of modalities, ranging from traditional psychotherapy to music, arts, nature, focusing and ACT therapies and practices. Different therapy options can be offered to suit individual needs. Experienced with many life transitions and change issues: birth, cancer, serious illness, carers, age care, death and dying and study support.

Online sessions available, plus 'Walk and talk' options from Fairfield along the Yarra River.

I draw inspiration from working with people, music and being in nature. My passion is to enable people to step forth with courage and belief in their capacity to meet the world in their way. As a compassionate guide, Fiona leads individuals on transformative journeys of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
My spirituality philosophy is humanity centred and questioning, to our artistic needs, to the need to relate to the world out of a scientific attitude of mind, and to the need to develop a relation to the world in freedom, based on completely individual judgments and decisions. I embrace the person’s whole life experiences –physical, psychological, intellectual, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual as these the very values in which I have been educated and am continuing to live.
