About me

My practice
My experience spans 16 years in counselling across private practice, schools, faith-based organisations, Indigenous communities, NDIS, and mental health. Before that, I worked for over 10 years in corporate HR, training, and change management, including founding a women’s empowerment business in Singapore.
In the counselling space i use CBT, ACT, and most recently Resource Therapy, a wonderful part therapy that is transformative (read more about it on my blog page). I have extensive experience in trauma and believe it a privilege to support clients in their healing journey.
