About me

My practice
I am a Certified Practicing Counsellor (PACFA 29019) and Certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Practitioner with the Equine Psychotherapy Institute. Edenhope Integrated Psychotherapy is based on an 18 acre property in Gembrook Victoria where we offer individual, small group and team-based sessions. We integrated horses in therapeutic process as "role-model" and therapy partner. Horses can offer unique bio-behavioural feedback and support clients to regulate and deepen their awareness of self.
