I am a facilitator of self empowered healing, helping clients ready to go deeper in their personal journeys learn more about their subconscious, their dreams, their body symptoms and nervous system. My approach is trauma informed with an emphasis on restoring safety in the body before working on traumatic events, and working with the natural healing processes of the nervous system.
