My practice
I am an animal-assisted relational therapist. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, gender inclusive, neuro-affirming, and collaborative. I integrate a variety of therapy approaches including ACT, IFS, MI, and mindfulness. I see clients with relational issues, trauma, ADHD, autism, a 2E profile, anxiety, OCD, and depression. I also support parents and couples.
