My practice
I offer counselling for adults seeking a calm, thoughtful space to speak openly, slow things down, and better understand what they are experiencing. My work is grounded in person-centred counselling and informed by an integrative, trauma-informed approach.
I support people with concerns such as stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity, self-worth, and the emotional demands of creative or performance-based work.
My aim is to offer a steady and respectful counselling space where you don't need to have everything worked out before you begin. Sessions are available in person and online.
Practice opening hours
Tuesday: 9:30am–4:00pm, Thursday: 9:30am–4:00pm. Other times by arrangement where available.
