I am a nationally certified counsellor and is based in our Sydney. I utilise a person-centred approach and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT and Motivational Interviewing to help clients identify and work towards achieving their goals in a collaborative and mindful manner.
