About me

My practice
Drew is a counsellor and sexologist who works with both young people and adults in individual and couples' contexts (including polyamorous relationships). Drew is experienced helping clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, anger issues, grief and loss, understanding neurodiversity, gender and sexuality questioning, infidelity, sex and porn addiction, libido discrepancy, and more. Drew uses a person-centered blended approach to therapy that draws on behavioral therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as psychodynamic therapies such as schema. Drew strongly believes in each individual's ability to architect their own change, and empowering clients with knowledge and skills to take with them throughout their lives.
