About me

My practice
As a male counsellor who has worked as a Community and Youth Counsellor for 3 years, and +10 years of volunteering in Youth Ministry, I have a passion for working with and assisting Youth and Young People (12+) to navigate, learn more and heal in their mental health.
In working with a variety of people with diverse backgrounds, each having a variety of circumstances, I have a relaxed approach and appreciate that the first conversation around mental health may feel overwhelming for some. For those who want to dive right in, I'm right there in joining you in that journey.

Whilst I have a passion for Youth, I welcome all who are in need of support and am willing to have a discussion to see how I may be able to work with you or someone you know.

I operate from a Covenant Systems Theory Approach that aims to help people change their relationship to pain so they may begin to understand what it may be communicating and begin the process of healing.

I will be applying for Victims Service Counselling provision in the upcoming future.
