I support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, ASD, OCD, behavioural concerns, stress, anger, self-esteem, socialisation skills, and life transitions. Together, we create a safe and supportive space to explore experiences, build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and work toward meaningful and lasting personal growth.
