About me

My practice
I’m deeply passionate about counselling and psychotherapy, and for over 28 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges—especially those shaped by trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

My work with Interrelate NSW and Anglicare WA was deeply meaningful, allowing me to support people through a range of programs including family and couples counselling, post-separation parenting support, and specialised services addressing child sexual abuse (CSATs) in collaboration with the Department of Community Services. These experiences reinforced my belief in the healing power of safe, supportive relationships.

I work from an integrative approach, drawing on a variety of evidence-based therapies to best meet each person’s unique needs. My practice includes Person-Centred Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic practices, EMDR, and Mindfulness-based approaches. At the heart of it all is the therapeutic relationship—a space where clients can feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

As a neurodiverse and culturally sensitive therapist, I’m committed to working inclusively and respectfully with people from all backgrounds. I’m especially honoured to support First Nations peoples, as well as those from diverse and marginalised communities.

In addition to my counselling work, I also provide Clinical Supervision and Mentoring for both new and experienced counsellors. My approach is reflective, collaborative, and grounded in real-world practice, supporting practitioners to grow in confidence, insight, and ethical awareness.

Whether you're seeking support in your personal life or guidance in your professional journey, I’m here to offer a safe, compassionate, and empowering space.
I’d be honoured to walk alongside you!
