Hi, I'm Michelle, a Certified Practising Counsellor based on the Sunshine Coast. I work with individuals navigating grief, life transitions, and the everyday struggles that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself. I believe that when we have a deep understanding of ourselves and our experiences, new possibilities begin to emerge. My role isn't to tell you what to do ~ it's to stay curious, honest and present as we make sense of your experiences together. Every person brings a unique story, so I adapt my approach to meet you where you are. Together, we'll deepen your self-understanding and build on your strengths.
