My practice
Melbourne relationship counsellor – well qualified and client-centric.
PACFA Clinical Registrant, holding Master degrees in: Counselling, Social Science, and Arts. Trained in the Gottman method of couples therapy (Level 1 & 2) and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFCT) as well as other evidence-based counselling approaches, such as: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing. My work in underpinned by the very important Attachment theory and studies of trauma.

As an EFCT therapist, I am a member of ICEEFT and Melbourne Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy (MCEFT).

I provide counselling in-person (Melbourne and the Macedon Ranges) and online.

I work in English, Spanish, and Polish and understand Dutch.

I care deeply about my clients and help couples and individuals build better relationships and feel happier with themselves and other people.

I started Atenta Relationship Counselling out of care, commitment, professional knowledge, and life – and love! – experience. I know how important relationships are for our wellbeing, sense of purpose, and meaningful life. This is driving my mission to help my clients build deep, meaningful, and lasting relationships and a sense of purpose and belonging.

I support couples coping with crisis, emotional distance, communication issues, infidelity, conflict, and other problems.

I also support adult individuals with interpersonal issues, life transitions, aging, breakup and separation, change, grief, and loss.
