About me

My practice
Hi, I'm Freya. I work with couples, individuals and adolescents who want a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, separation, or major life transitions, I offer a warm relational space to explore your unique experience. I hold a deep belief that our relationships, with others and with ourselves, sit at the centre of our wellbeing and shape how we experience life. With awareness, meaningful change can occur. Life happens to all of us. What matters is how we strengthen and support ourselves, and each other, to navigate it.
My work is relational and trauma-informed, meaning I’m interested not only in the challenges you’re facing, but also in the deeper patterns, experiences and relationships that have shaped you. I have over four years of experience supporting neurodivergent adolescents with emotional wellbeing and the challenges that can arise within school and social life.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. My aim is to create a respectful and supportive space where we can explore what’s happening in your life together, at a pace that feels right for you. If this resonates, you’re very welcome to reach out.
