My practice
I provide a safe and confidential environment allowing the client to develop a therapeutic relationship for exploring problems and difficulties in life. These can include issues with relationships, conflicts at work, parenting challenges, life choices, achieving goals, depression, anxiety, self esteem, negative feelings, destructive patterns of behaviour, stress, trauma, grief, anger, shame and despair. This therapeutic relationship offers the client new experiences that facilitate transformational change and personal growth. My approach to working with clients is respectful, client centred and empathic.
