Hello! I’m Sallyanne, a dedicated counsellor and psychotherapist. My clients often describe me as warm and caring, creating a safe haven for their emotional exploration. With a wealth of experience, I specialise in resolving issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotional neglect, relationship difficulties, narcissism and self-esteem. My toolbox includes powerful techniques like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting and The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP). Beyond individual sessions, I also offer counselling supervision to fellow professionals. Please feel comfortable to reach out with any questions you may have.
