My practice
I hold a Master's in Counselling from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor's in Psychology (Honours). My work has taken me across private practice, schools, youth programs, and community services — supporting teenagers, young adults, and families through challenges like identity, relationships, mental health struggles, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I'm passionate about supporting young people from different parts of South Asia wanting to make meaning, navigate different cultures and understand themselves better.
