About me

My practice
I’m Phuong Tran, a clinical specialist with over 15 years of experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, palliative care, hospice care, end-of-life issues, grief, and bereavement. I provide personalized, evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EFT (Tapping), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to support individuals in navigating complex psychological challenges.

In addition to therapy, I provide professional and clinical supervision to mental health professionals, supporting them in developing their expertise as qualified supervisors. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, I am committed to fostering healing and growth for clients from all cultural backgrounds.

With experience spanning hospitals, schools, private practice, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), mental health settings, and non-profit organizations, I bring a compassionate, individualized approach to emotional well-being. My specialized training in Counselling and Psychotherapy is further enhanced by expertise in Health Psychology, Child, Youth, and Family Intervention, Disability Support, Palliative Care, and School Psychology, guiding individuals of all ages through life’s most difficult transitions.
