About me

My practice
I am a trauma informed counsellor and qualified Clinical Somatic Psychotherapist. I have been working in the caring profession for over three decades.
I work within a client centred approach and am informed by attachment, self psychological, inter-subjective, somatic and trauma theories. I work in embodied ways both empathically and relationally and primarily work with individuals but also offer couple counselling.
PTSD and complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, confusion, self-image, relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss, stress, relationship issues, phobias, communication challenges and anger are some areas of my expertise.
I also provide clinical supervision to counsellors and working toward becoming an accredited clinical supervisor.
