About me

My practice
I’m Jodi Rainbow, founder of Wildflowers Therapy. I’m a registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (P1581704) and a PACFA registered counsellor (30474) with a background in Psychological Science (BPsychScCoun).

At Wildflowers, I offer a unique, integrated approach that blends compassionate counselling with evidence-based behavioural support for people of all ages and abilities.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, mental health challenges, complex behaviours, or life transitions, I provide a safe, respectful space where you can feel supported to grow, heal, and make meaningful change.

With dual registration across both counselling and behaviour support, my practice is grounded in person-centred, trauma-informed care. I bring a strengths-based lens to every session, whether we're working toward emotional regulation, NDIS goals, or greater wellbeing.

I’m especially passionate about:

Providing NDIS Behaviour Support that is collaborative, capacity-building, and aligned with your values and goals

Offering holistic psychotherapy and counselling tailored to your emotional and relational needs

Supporting neurodivergent individuals, those with disability, and people navigating complex trauma

Advocating for inclusive, culturally safe, and trauma-informed care in every setting

At the heart of Wildflowers is a belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. I’m here to help you build practical skills, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships—while staying grounded in what matters most to you.
