About me

My practice
I am a PACFA Registered Certified Practising Counsellor and Psychotherapist, integrating Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) within a trauma-informed, person-centred framework.

I am an Accredited Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) Practitioner, an Accredited Neurological Integration Systems (NIS) Practitioner, and an Accredited Lifeline Crisis Supporter. I hold a Diploma of Counselling and a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Counselling. My approach is also informed by lived experience and longstanding personal engagement in therapeutic work, supporting an integration of clinical training, embodied practice, and relational depth in therapy. This integrative approach supports work across both physiological regulation and psychological processing.

My practice supports individuals experiencing trauma, including developmental trauma, Complex PTSD (CPTSD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), sexual trauma, and moral injury or moral distress, particularly in the context of lived experience and service-related roles. I also work with addiction and recovery, co-occurring mental health concerns, identity exploration and relationship or attachment-related difficulties.

I work collaboratively with clients to explore unconscious patterns, process held emotional experiences, and support reconnection with self in ways that are paced, safe, and aligned with each individual’s needs.

My practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and affirming of all genders, sexual orientations, neurodivergent identities, and relationship structures. I aim to provide a space where each person feels safe, respected, and supported in their own pathway for wellbeing.
