About me

My practice
I am a counsellor who is passionate about improving the psychological wellbeing of others, and dedicated to helping young people in particular. In my role as a youth counsellor and group facilitator for The Salvation Army, I help young people who present with general mental health challenges as well as AOD concerns. Mental health concerns that I can help with include anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, anger management, and addiction. My approach is informed by both lived experience and years of study. I believe that mental health is as important as physical health, and that it should therefore be prioritised. I hope to help as many people as possible learn how to make their mental health a priority
