About me

My practice
My practice is rooted in warmth, empathy, and non-judgemental curiosity towards my clients. Trained in the Psychodynamic framework, I am interested in my clients as whole and complex human beings. By uncovering the subconscious influence of early attachments and past experiences, we can exercise more agency and healthier choices in the present.
I work with young adults and adults navigating trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, and self-regulation. I specialise in working with PTSD, C-PTSD, childhood abuse, and high-conflict relationships.
