About me

My practice
I work with an integrative approach drawing on Person-Centred, Emotion- Focused and Focusing-Orientated therapeutic techniques. You don't have to know what the issue is, together we can understand what is causing pain or upset and how to find relief. I work with adults and adolescents struggling with overwhelm in life from inter and intra personal issues, loss, a sense of anxiety, depression, feelings of loneliness, and those struggling with life changes such as the menopause, becoming a parent, divorce, grief and more.
