About me

My practice
I have been working full time as a Counsellor and then Psychotherapist since 1990. I have been Training and Supervising other Counsellors, medical and allied health practitioners, Psychologists and Psychotherapists since 1995. I am the co-founder of Process Oriented Psychology Australia (now Australia and New Zealand Process Oriented Psychology (ANZPOP) a Non-profit Training organisation for Training Psychotherapists. I am on the training faculty as Senior trainer for a currently registered Professional Certificate Program with PACFA. I am a sessional academic at QUT in the Masters of Counselling teaching Process
Oriented Supervision.
I supervise individuals and therapeutic groups who use a broad spectrum of therapeutic models, among these a number of organisations working in the fields of Drug and Alcohol.
I am currently working solely from home mainly on Zoom since Covid 19 regulations came into play in mid March.
I am still seeing the same, or more, clients, Supervisees and students in training online as I was face to face.
I have a particular interest in working with online groups in process discussions regarding Covid 19 and Climate Justice. I am a member of the International Association of Process Oriented Psychology (IAPOP) and long time staff member of the Global Worldwork team facilitating large group processes in different countries across the world since 1990. My undergraduate degree from the University of Adelaide is in Science (BSc) with a double major in Psychology and Neuro-Physiology. I have both a diploma and a Masters in Process Oriented Psychology and my doctorate is in Creation Centred Spirituality. My doctoral thesis is "On Becoming a Sunrise Ruby: Process Oriented, Creation Centred Inner Work.
